Reissued 1939 serie with an overprint and sold to aid this collection. This was an official postal stationery issue. Overprint reading, National Street Collection/29 through 31 March 1940, located alongside the card dividing line. These street collections were organized each year by branches of the party. This particular collection was organized by the Arbeits front. The price of each card was 15 Pfennigs and the cards were valid until 30 June 1940.Special cancelations series
